Hi guys,
On the VISIONARIES Yahoo group we faced such terrible issue, and that was my friend Garrett's response on the subject:
"the Blackstar DVD set was sourced, like every Filmation DVD set (except for the Star Trek set, which thankfully had a great deal of input from BCI's Andy Mangels), from PAL masters which entertainment Rights claims are the only ones that now exist-which means that the core Filmation library runs a good 4% faster than it was produced, which is enough to change the pitch of voices, turn music off-key (badly so in the case of the Dungeons & Dragons theme song, IMO), and mess with timing (something that isn't exactly in great quantity or quality in American TV animation)."
What's about the evidence? What's about the BLACKSTAR DVD release? Is it working properly?
According to this great discussion I'm having at 'HE-MAN.ORG':

... IT WORKS! Marvellous.
