I'd have to say I have a soft spot for the first one. It's the most accurate to the original novel and is just brilliant. I also like the third a lot even though the werewolf is one of the worst CGI creatures ever. So bad. I just pretty much like them all. Looking forward to the next one!

1st part of Harry potter series movie is my favorite Harry Potter movie.

Hard call - I would need to rewatch them all again now that they're finished to try and get a better perspective. I remember liking the third one quite a bit when it first came out. The first was very accurate, and it was good, but didn't quite feel 'great' to me - I think it was probably a little too accurate to the book - but then again, the later ones have some material cut that doesn't seem like they would make sense if you weren't familiar with the books.
I actually quite liked Half-Blood Prince as well, although it suffered the worst for material that was left on the cutting room floor that needed to be on screen (IMO)
