Well, since I've abandoned my attempt at a Blackstar fanfiction, I figured I might as well post up some of my other Blackstar story ideas for anyone that might be interested in hearing them (since I probably won't be doing anything with them)
The White Knight - an introduction for the White Knight, obviously My take on the character is that it is a magical automaton created by the Tamborians, which proved too powerful to control. Since it was also too powerful to destroy, they trapped it in a block of ice and sent it into space.
The story begins with the Overlord summoning the White Knight back to Sagar during a meteor shower. It crashes near the Sagar Tree and attacks our heroes when they go to investigate, in an attempt to capture the Star Sword for the Overlord.
Most of the story would just be chase scenes and aerial dogfights and stuff between Blackstar on Warlock and the White Knight on it's own flying beast thing. The origin of the White Knight would be told by Mara, accompanied by a flashback that would show her and Amber as well as the other Tamborians.
The Blood Moon - it's Blackstar meets Hammer Horror as our usual heroes travel to a small village in the mountains of Anchor that is being terrorised by Vampire Men! The Vampire Men are kidnapping villages and taking them to their mountain where they are hypnotising and put to work excavating a giant red creystal, in time for the Blood Moon, a lunar eclipse. When the red light of the eclipse hits the crystal, it brings back to life a giant Vampire God! There's only one sure fire way to stop a vampire, even a god vampire, but the problem is the Vampire God doesn't keep his heart in his chest...
(It's the crystal, FYI )
And no, my intention for this story was not to have Gargo turn up. I actually wanted to use the Vampire King from Airwhales of Anchor, as I'd rather see Gargo developed as a seperate character in a different story.
Timequake - time is going haywire all across Sagar, the cause? Well, that's probably pretty obvious I was going to introduce the idea that Kadray was actually a rogue Time Lord, from a group of 13 Time Lords who oversee the running of time on Sagar (I couldn't resist the Doctor Who references). The story becomes a bit derivative then, as my idea was that there was a giant clock that controls the flow of time on Sagar and that is where they go to face Kadray, much like that episode of She-Ra that introduced the Crystal Castle, but anyway...
I had a few more ideas as well, but I'll post them later
