Wondering this. Many of you purchased the BCI sets long time ago (how time flies, guys). Since we'll never get 'Blackstar' on HD resolution (no 35mm source existing), now I'm wondering how the DVDs look on our commonplace plasma/LED high definition TV monitors. How many inches, besides? Let me know....

Just watched a Bravestarr Italian DVD (licensed by Classic Media) on my LED TV, and it looked beautifully. Hallmark digitally transferred the series in an excellent way, it almost seemed HD. Bravestarr looked like it was shot yesterday.
On BD format there would be no faulty DVD compression, however.
Any more feedback?

Well, industry developed a professional way to "upscale" the standard definition videos and make them look as semi-HD, so I guess we could get a nice Blackstar blu-ray in the future to come.
